Dr. Generator provides mobile generator repair, meaning we come directly to your location to diagnose and service your generator on-site. This saves you time and avoids the hassle of transporting heavy equipment.
Your call-out service fee covers the service visit and initial diagnostics, regardless of whether the generator can be repaired on-site. In many cases, we’re able to complete repairs during the same visit. However, if your generator needs deeper repair, specialty tools, or additional parts, we may need to bring the unit back to our shop for completion.
If shop repair is required, we will:
Pick up and transport the generator to our shop
Perform the repair and testing
Return and deliver the generator back to you once it’s ready
